A necessary evil of any "big time show biz" venture is the dreaded "Photoshoot." A completely boring event where everyone has to take a day off from doing real stuff like...carpentry, home repair, couch potatoing, washing the car, visiting with friends, spending time with family or playing music to pretend to look happy in front of a camera. We had this done here on an extremely windy and temperamental Chicago day in October of 2004 so the people would know what we look like. The lovely and talented shutter bug Selena Salfen managed to make us look pretty OK in spite of all our subterfuge of only giving her a few hours of our time, being too cheap to pay for more studio time, being sophomoric in our behaviour and to top it all off, showing up LATE. Kudos to you Selena, your talent is obvious. Here are some not so embarrassing results of that venture.
Looks like a 5 piece hillbilly band.

Do these boys look bored or what?

Very nice geometry Selena!

Attitude shot?

Cousin Buddy Carter

In an effort to prevent the fellas from repeatedly calling him "The Barefoot Boy", Casey Stockdon recently divulged the secret that his nickname is really "Jingles." Jingles??? Like that's any better?

4 broken noses can't be wrong. Dave Sisson and his Silvertone guitar.

Rick Murawski's expression is very much like that of the Mona Lisa. What is going on behind that cool exterior?

Porter Wagoner, if you were looking for your hair...we found it! Ken Mottet has it...as well as Whisperin' Bill Anderson's suit. Really! He does.

This one is referred to as "the boot shot." Thanks a heap to Selena Salfen for the great photos.
